S.P.A., in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, guarantees the confidentiality of the report and the protection of the whistleblower against any retaliatory measures that may be taken against them as a result of the report.

What can be reported?

Illegal conduct, committed in breach of national or European Union regulations, which harms the interests of the Company or the public interest, may be reported.

The reporting channel cannot be used for personal disputes or claims arising from individual employment relationships, which may be pursued through the ordinary legal channels.

Who can make reports?

Reports may be made by employees, self-employed workers, freelancers and consultants, suppliers, volunteers and trainees, shareholders, and persons holding administrative, managerial, supervisory, oversight or representative roles within the Company, who have become aware of alleged unlawful conduct by virtue of their employment or collaborative relationship, even if by chance.

How to make a report?

Reports may be submitted via a dedicated online platform, accessible via the following link My Whistleblowing, which is equipped with encryption mechanisms that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the reporting process and ensure that all report data remains confidential.

By accessing this platform, the Whistleblower may submit their report either in writing, by completing the relevant sections, or orally by recording a message via the voicemail box on the platform.
