RESERVATION REQUEST

To be valid, the reservation must be confirmed by Caesar Augustus Hotel by fax or by mail.

Deposit:

All reservation must be guaranteed by a one night prepayment, by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation of guaranteed reservation:

All cancellations must be made via fax to Hotel Caesar Augustus at +39.081.837.1444

The Caesar Augustus is a small boutique Hotel, and in order to insure that all our clients have access to our limited number of rooms, we must require that any eventual cancellation follows our ten/twenty-eight days advance notice policy.

In case of late cancellation the following penalties will apply:

- 28 days prior arrival otherwise 50% charge (minimum 1 night charged) from June 15th to September 15th 2007

- 10 days prior arrival otherwise 50% charge (minimum 1 night charged) from April 18th to June14th and from September 16th to October 31st.

- No Show: entire stay charge

- Early departure or reduction of stay will be charged in full.

Please note that only guaranteed reservation will be considered valid.

We are able to welcome your children from 10 years of age.
